Phase IA (Basement Level Radiation Oncology and Mechanical Space): 

A new addition to include three levels; only one level will be currently designed and constructed.  This level—the basement—will house radiation oncology, one linear accelerator vault and supporting services.  This addition will be approximately 10,000 square feet and will include space for mechanical equipment to serve Phase 1A and the 1st floor of the Phase 1B addition.

Phase IB (1st and 2nd Floor Core and Shell and Schematic Department Design):

Base building core and shell of the 1st and 2nd floor, with provisions for the future Phase 1C build-out of these floors that will include the childbirth center, surgery addition, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, and an expansion of the outpatient specialty clinics.

Rehabilitation and Outpatient/St. Clare Hospital — Baraboo WI: Kahler Slater Architects

Rehabilitation Services, Conference Room, Canopy and Site Work:  Existing shelled 1st floor addition (approx 11,000 sq. ft.) to be built out, including: Cardiac Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology, Temporary Conference Rooms, Reception Area and shared support services.  Related mechanical infrastructure to be installed in existing basement mechanical room.  Exterior scope to include new drive-thru canopy, parking lot reconstruction and other site modifications.
